Camden, Maine Wedding: Private Residence
It was a beautiful day in Camden for the wedding of Catherine and Ben! You may recognize them from my post on their e-session a few weeks ago. Well, their big day finally arrived and it was fantastic!

Photo Fun Booth is here!
Our Photo Fun Booth is here!
About two weeks ago we launched our Photo Fun Booth at a Cape Cod wedding.... and lets just say it was a BIG hit!
As you can see the Photo Fun Booth can add a little something "extra" to the after-dinner portion of your evening; with fun props and silly faces the photo booth brings all kinds of guests together! It was surprising how creative guests got when in the booth! It was impossible for anyone to walk away without a smile on their face.
The Photo Fun Booth is fully manned by one of our photographers to get the best shots possible AND get your guests rockin and rollin with some fun props (the sailors hat was a definite favorite of the night).
Want to get the booth for your event? Get in touch!

Cape Cod Wedding, Private Residence
Congratulations to Kerry and Paul! They were married this past Saturday in Harwichport, MA on a perfect summer day on the Cape. I can't wait to share many of the amazing moments from their wedding day, including the launch of our new photo booth (which requires a blog post of it's own). But here are just a couple for now...

Maine Wedding, Greystone Manor
The Maine wedding of Kristin and Paul was truly a weekend celebration. Their guest had the pleasure of all that Maine has to offer for weather with rain, fog, sunshine and a stunning full moon. Their day was filled many amazing moments and I can't wait to share them all here on the blog!
The newlyweds are off on their honeymoon but I wanted to share a taste of their wedding day for all those anxiously awaiting a peek.

I just adore this moment with Kristin and her Dad right after the ceremony.

Nantucket Wedding, Private Residence
Brandy and Dan's Nantucket wedding had that perfect laid back island feel! With so many nieces and nephews in the wedding we took to the beach for some casual shots with all 10 of the kids. Chaos right? Not at all... just kids doing what they do best, running around on the beach.
Here is a little peek...

Nantucket Wedding, Great Harbor Yacht Club
It was one of those days on Nantucket when you truly got to see why it's called the Grey Lady! The island was engulfed in thick dense fog as we walked around Sconset for portraits with Amanda and Vincent. A passerby called it "mystical"...... and honestly, thats just what it felt like!

Kennebunkport, Maine Wedding
I have to be honest and say that I have been looking forward to Meghan and Mike's wedding ever since their engagement session last fall. They are so much fun and very natural in front of the camera. I just knew their wedding would be a day filled with amazing moments. They are off enjoying their honeymoon but as always I wanted to post a little teaser for the happy couple. It was so hard to pick just one but I love this shot of the two of them on Goose Rocks Beach! Gotta love those smiles!

Nantucket Wedding, Private Residence
What an amazing wedding weekend on Nantucket! Alexis and Chris incorporated all their favorite island activities into an intimate weekend for their closest family and friends. There are so many shots to share but here is one from their wedding day portraits. I just love the romantic feeling and soft light that surrounds these two newlyweds. More to come soon!

Nantucket Wedding, White Elephant
Erin and Doug had one of the best days for a wedding! It was spectacular all around. The guest, family, venue and what these two have together simply blew me away all weekend long. They are off on their honeymoon for some R&R and I promised to post a photo for the two of them. Erin is a girl after my own heart, she LOVES photos and I can't wait to share the rest of their wedding images with them when they return.
Congratulations to you both!!

Kittery, Maine - Inspiration Beach Shoot
Earlier this spring I collaborated with a group of wedding vendors on an inspiration shoot in Kittery, Maine. The goal was to create a table top design that echoed the feeling in a photograph that I had recently come across. Kate Martin of Beautiful Days worked out the design details with the talented Sara from Griffin-vites Stationery. It was truly an education for me to see how these two worked together to create this amazing table-scape. SO MUCH work goes into finding that perfect blue and the proper amount of texture to capture just the right feeling. Sara's custom watercolor designs went above and beyond and were perfect for Kate's concept of a shipwrecked table.
The day of the shoot couldn't have been more perfect weather for the feeling we were striving for. Filmmaker Meg Simone spent the day capturing it all and put together the following film. I honestly don't know what to say about Meg and her talents. She has thoroughly blown me away with this film!! She brought all the sites and sounds of the day into this piece and told the story of not only the shoot but of the people behind the shoot. Something we rarely get to see. Watch it for yourself and please leave a comment, I would love to hear what your thoughts are on the shoot, design and the breathtaking film.
