Wedding Favorites of 2009
Weddings are filled with amazing, emotional, touching and even funny moments. These moments are what really tell the story of a wedding day. Many of my couples are opting to see each other before the ceremony to have a moment together alone and then to shoot all their portraits. This allows them to attend every moment of their cocktail hour and be able to spend some time together in a very personal way before their guests see them.
All of them, even after seeing each other before the ceremony, have said that the moment of walking down the isle is still an emotional and exciting time for them. Seeing each other before the ceremony didn't change a thing! There is just something about that short little walk that has a special meaning and set of emotions all of its own.
So, today I wanted to share with you two of my favorite moments from the ceremony isle.
Liz and her father are very close and were both very emotional when it came time to walk down the isle. I loved how they were glancing back and forth taking in the moment. You can feel the joy and excitement they were experiencing.

When Elizabeth appeared with her father on the isle I don't think Arden blinked. He watched her all the way to the front of the church. I adore the way he is looking at his bride in this photo. He seems to be filled with a calm happiness and excitement that their time has finally arrived.
